04. Authorized Retailer Policies

Please review and accept the following requirements.

1. Physical Retail Sales Only

SHUVITZ™ products may only be sold at approved physical retail locations. Online sales through websites, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok, Facebook, or other digital marketplaces are prohibited.

Violations may result in immediate termination of your wholesale account.

2. Authorized Locations & Resale

Products may only be sold directly to consumers at SHUVITZ™-approved locations. Additional stores require separate approval. Reselling or supplying products to third-party businesses or resellers is prohibited without written authorization.

3. Official Retail Displays

Authorized retailers must keep the official SHUVITZ™ Wall Board and promotional materials visible in their stores at all times. Failure to maintain these displays may result in termination of wholesale privileges.

4. Customer Education & Promotions

Retailers must educate customers about proper SHUVITZ™ soap usage, including recommending a bath sponge or loofah for maximum lather.

Retailers must also communicate and participate in official SHUVITZ™ promotions designated for authorized retail stores, subject to applicable promotional terms.

5. SHUVITZ™ Stores & Exclusive Products

SHUVITZ™ may operate its own retail stores, including in areas served by authorized retailers.

SHUVITZ™-owned stores may offer exclusive soap fragrances, Wall Truck™ colors, and other products unavailable online or through third-party retailers.

Wholesale approval does not guarantee territorial exclusivity or access to all SHUVITZ™ products.

6. Wholesale Order Production & Fulfillment

All SHUVITZ™ wholesale orders require an estimated production and processing period of 2 to 4 weeks from the date payment is confirmed.

This timeframe applies to both initial and subsequent wholesale orders and does not include shipping or delivery time.

Production times may vary depending on order volume and demand. SHUVITZ™ will notify retailers of any significant delays.
