Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Certain SHUVITZ™ products may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how they may be canceled.

SHUVITZ Monthly

SHUVITZ Monthly is a recurring subscription that delivers exclusive SHUVITZ™ products on a monthly basis.

By purchasing a SHUVITZ Monthly subscription, you authorize SHUVITZ™ to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the billing frequency you choose until your subscription is canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date to avoid future charges. Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Canceling your subscription only prevents future renewals and does not affect orders that have already been processed.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, SHUVITZ™ may offer products for pre-order before they are available for shipment.

When placing a pre-order, your payment method may be charged immediately, partially charged, or authorized for future payment, depending on the terms presented at checkout.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been processed for fulfillment. Once a pre-order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Estimated shipping dates are provided for convenience only and may change due to manufacturing schedules, supply availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
